I have, what some may say. an unnatural obsession with this stuff called Sriracha sauce. I’ve noticed I’m also not the only one as well, so there really must be something about it. But I have to say, that an empty bottle of Sriracha Rooster sauce when you want it is much like being deep within a dungeon with only half a heart left and no fairy in your bottle. And receiving a fresh new bottle is much like discovering the final key to unlock the boss chamber door. Yes, it’s that good.

I tell everybody that Sriracha is better than Tabasco sauce. Why? Tabasco is like eating a chemical burn. It's hot, it's sour, AND THAT'S IT. Sriracha, on the other hand, is spicy, sweet, smoky, and then some! Plus, it comes in a handy plastic bottle, so you can dab a little, or squirt a lot! (Warning: Squirting a lot is not recommended. Sriracha is fairly potent and should only be eaten in large puddles by properly trained individuals.)

Couldn't have said it better! Tabasco is good, but Sriracha is just on it's own level of awesome ^_^

They have it in some eastern restaurants, it's also usually in the international section of most grocery stores. If you like spicy stuff I highly recommend! ^_^

Yeah, that stuff is pretty good too, classic Tabasco is good too, particularly in gumbo! XD

I would like everyone to call it what I do: Rooster Nuke. I've been in love with Rooster Nuke ever since I had my wedding catered by my local Thai restaurant. The caterer blew my mind and just gave me the entire bottle (this was a big deal since I didn't know you could just grab them at Walmart)
